The automated warehouse “Fili d’Erba” is open to the public.
Pedrali has joined one of the most important annual events in the Italian cultural scene: the “Giornate FAI di Primavera”, which took place on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th March 2018. Almost 700,000 visitors, more than 1000 sites open to the public in over 400 locations in Italy, have contributed to making this initiative a sought-after and highly attractive event.
Founded in 1975, the FAI (Fondo Ambiente Italiano) is a non-profit foundation inspired by the National Trust model, with the aim of protecting and enhancing the Italian historical, artistic and landscape heritage.
Fili d’erba, the automated warehouse designed by CZA - Cino Zucchi Architetti for Pedrali, was one of the protagonists of these days. The building, 29 meters high with an overall area of 7 thousand square meters, is an avant-garde structure, with an external covering that wants to be a response strongly related to the environmental context and to the conditions of the surrounding countryside landscape.
