Pedrali confirms its partnership with I Maestri del Paesaggio for the V edition of the International Meeting of Landscape and Garden that takes place in Bergamo from the 5th to the 20th of September.
Sixteen days dedicated to nature and beauty whose common thread, in accordance with Expo Milano 2015 theme, is “Feeding Landscape – Agriculture shapes the landscape”, an expression of the strong bond between man and landscape, retelling the story of agriculture, the rich and fascinating tale from the earth to the table.
The new Pedrali outdoor collection furnishes the two “Green Squares”, icon of the event and of the Upper Town: Piazza Vecchia made over in green by Britain’s landscaper Andy Sturgeon, together with Lucia Nusiner and Maurizio Quargnale or Arketipos and, this year for the first time, Piazza Mascheroni redesigned according to the concept developed by the students of the Summer School 2014.
The agricultural landscape, focus of the set-up and core element of the Italian culture, is enhanced by Pedrali furniture, expression of 100% Made in Italy design and manufacturing.
Chosen for the occasion the Nolita seatings designed by Antonio Pagliarulo and Simone Mandelli, the Ypsilon tables and the Ara Lounge armchairs by Jorge Pensi, the Wow pouf by Claudio Dondoli and Marco Pocci.
During the event the shop windows of the Comunità delle Botteghe di Città Alta (Upper Town Shops Association) display the Ara seatings miniatures in the same colours of the furniture of the two "Green Squares".
