Enrico Franzolini
Architect, he completed his university studies in Florence and Venice, where he graduated in 1979.
The passion and young artistic research are reflected in numerous solo and group participations in trade fairs, starting with a presence at the 1972 Venice Biennale , in the decorative arts.
In addition to his pictorial research, he spreads his commitment between architecture and industrial design fields : over the years he has been collaborating with some of the most prestigious companies in the furniture industry such as Cappellini, Foscarini, Knoll International, Moroso , Pallucco.
Enrico Franzolini began his cooperation with Pedrali Lab drawing the chair collection Jil: sidechair, armchair, lounge chair, stool and sofa, all upholstered on an oak frame. There is a huge range of both fabrics and eco leathers, all carefully matching the tobacco or bleached oak frame colours. Of classic elegance but still current, Jil is also the result of an accurate study of proportions and ergonomics.
